Outbound transfer request
Every instruction is screened against the group sanctions list before it reaches the settlement queue. Beneficiaries on the list are rejected by the screening control in this form.
Compliance request OPS-12/447. A payment to a sanctioned beneficiary needs a
sanctions override key from the settlement endpoint, and the desk cannot produce one because
this form will not submit the instruction. Get a transfer to one of the listed beneficiaries
accepted and the endpoint returns the key.
New instruction
SEPAScreening v6 checks this field in the browser before submitting. The settlement endpoint records whatever instruction reaches it.
